What services do you offer?
We provide various services, including filming, editing, color correction, photography, and audio enhancement for various projects such as dance covers, promotional videos, event coverage, and more.
The total charge is $120; Payments must be made before receiving footage.
Video Filming: $60/h, 2 hours min. (editing is not included)
Filming Package Includes: 1 Camera, 1 Lens, 1 Gimbal, 1 Monitor, 2 Lights
Add-Ons:
Video Editing: Available for an additional $25
Side-cam View: Additional camera for capturing the film production
Background Lights: Depends on what lights to be used: $80-$150
Giant Speaker: Available for an additional $25
Pre-Production
Before the shoot, we handle all essential preparation, including equipment setup and basic planning aligned with the client’s vision and location details. Setup time is included within the scheduled hours to ensure everything runs smoothly.Production
Filming takes place on-site using professional equipment, including a gimbal for smooth stabilization and an external monitor for precise framing and focus. Lighting is customized using two included panels based on the shoot environment.Post-Production (Optional)
Post-production services are available for an additional $25. This includes trimming footage, applying clean transitions, syncing audio, and exporting the final video in 1080p or 4K. Edited footage is delivered once full payment has been received.

Events & Promotional services: 2-6 hours min.
2-4 hours: $100 | 5-6 hours: $150 | extra time: $25 per additional hour

Is Minbun Studios only based in New York City?
Minbun Studios is proudly based in New York City, where we conduct the majority of our filming work. However, we are open to filming outside the city in areas such as New Jersey and other parts of the Tri-State Area.
If you’re looking to schedule a shoot outside of NYC, please send a direct message or email. Travel-based bookings may include additional fees depending on the distance and logistics. We’re happy to coordinate and travel for your creative project.
Can we reschedule or cancel our booking?
Yes — life happens, and we aim to be flexible. Here’s how our scheduling and cancellation policy works:
Rescheduling is allowed at no extra cost anytime before the session ends and full payment is due. Please inform us as early as possible.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will not incur any fee.
Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of your session will result in a 50% charge of the agreed cover fee.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full, unless due to verified emergencies.
Please communicate any schedule changes as early as possible — we’re happy to work with you when given proper notice.
What are your rates and payment terms?

Payment Policy & Late Fees:
To maintain a professional workflow, all payments must be completed before any footage is delivered.
Payment is due immediately upon completion of filming or within 24–48 hours after the session.
No footage or previews will be released until the full balance is paid.
If payment is delayed:
After 48 hours, a 20% late fee will be applied to the total invoice.
After 72 hours, an additional 5% late fee will accrue daily until payment is received in full.
After 7 days of non-payment, legal action will be initiated to recover the owed amount, including all accumulated fees and legal costs.
We encourage all clients to make timely payments to avoid delays and penalties. If there are any payment issues, contact us immediately so we can make necessary arrangements.
What’s included in a standard video session?
A typical session includes:
A pre-shoot consultation to align on vision and logistics
On-location filming with professional camera gear
Lighting setup if needed
Basic post-production: editing, trimming, color correction
Final digital delivery upon full payment
Extras such as social media clips, motion graphics, advanced edits, or multi-format exports can be added for an additional fee.
What is the turnaround time for edited videos?
Turnaround time depends on the type and scope of your project:
Short-form videos (under 1 min): 3–5 business days
Standard edits: 5–10 business days
Complex, long-form, or multi-camera projects: 7–14 business days
Rush edits (24–48 hours) are available for an extra fee. Let us know in advance if you need expedited delivery.
How will I receive my final video?
All videos are delivered digitally via platforms through Google Drive. You will receive a downloadable link in high resolution (1080p or 4K).
⚠️ Important: Video files will only be released after full payment has been received and processed.
If you require multiple formats (e.g., vertical for Reels, square for IG, subtitled for accessibility), please let us know in advance.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially for:
Weekends
Fashion week events
Seasonal campaigns
For larger productions, please allow 2–3 weeks to ensure proper planning.
