Payment & Refund policy.

Overview:
At Minbun Studios, we are committed to maintaining a professional standard where all filmers are treated with respect and compensated
fairly. Whether a filmer is the primary or brought in as a backup, their time, skill, and effort are equally valuable and must be compensated accordingly.

  • Clients are expected to honor agreed-upon shoot dates and provide full payment to all filmers involved. Failure to do so will result in immediate refusal of future projects. Consistent refusal to compensate filmers after reserving a shoot date is considered a breach of agreement and will be met with strict enforcement measures, including legal action if necessary.

  • We reserve the right to withhold footage and cease all future collaborations with clients who fail to meet payment obligations. Repeated violations will be documented and may lead to permanent refusal of service.

Payment

Overview:

To ensure a seamless and professional experience for all parties involved, we require that all filmer fees be paid in full immediately or within 24-48 hours following the completion of the filming session. This policy is designed to uphold a smooth workflow and maintain the integrity of our professional relationships.

Payment Overview and Late Fees:

  • To maintain a professional and efficient workflow, all payments for filming services must be made before any footage is delivered. Payment is expected immediately upon completion of filming or within 24-48 hours post-session. No footage will be released until full payment is received.

  • Payments not received within the 48-hour timeframe will incur a 20% late fee applied to the total invoice amount. If payment is not received within 72 hours, an additional 5% late fee will accrue daily until the balance is paid in full.

  • After 7 days of non-payment, legal action will be taken to recover the owed amount, including any accrued late fees and legal costs.

Refund

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds are considered under the following conditions:

  1. Client Error: Refunds are not available if the client provides incorrect information or fails to provide necessary materials, resulting in a delay or failure to complete the project. We will work with you to resolve any issues; additional fees may apply for corrections.

  2. Technical Issues: In the event of technical issues on our end that prevent delivery of the final product, we will work to resolve the problem and offer a refund if we cannot deliver the project within a reasonable time frame.

Non-Refundable:

  1. Sets and Props: Costs associated with sets, props, and other physical items purchased or rented specifically for the project are non-refundable. These costs are incurred as soon as the booking is confirmed and are necessary for the production.

  2. Lighting and Equipment Rentals: Fees for lighting and other equipment rentals that have been arranged and confirmed will not be refunded if the cancellation occurs after the equipment has been booked.

  3. Production Costs: Costs associated with pre-production activities, such as location scouting or permits, are non-refundable once incurred.

No Refunds Post-Session:
Once a filming session has been completed and payment has been made, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. This policy ensures that resources are appropriately allocated and the filming process is not compromised.
